The false pillar solution is obtained when a pillar is supported by beams only, so it will be sufficient not to assign any section to the pillar for the lower level (see the example shown in the figure).



In this case the drains will be transferred to the load-bearing beams.

To create a false wall element, the column must be assigned a section of dimensions such as to cover the span (in this case it will be designed and verified with the characteristics of a wall element, since the Bmax/Bmin ratio will be greater than 4, or as per the settings assigned to the ratio in the General Specifications Tab of the Project menu).




For the same false wall solution, the beam element with underlying reinforced panel cannot be used, a function that is generally designed for the definition of walls that develop in height starting from a foundation level.
