The graphic windows share the logical synchronization function with the sheets in the Data menu, which is very useful for speeding up management operations and minimizing the user's workload.

The synchronization function is activated whenever the user changes planes or scrolls through elements. All windows open at that time, whether data or drawing, will be synchronized to the new plane and the new active element.

For example, if you move the cursor from level 1 to level 5 in the Level Data grid, all open windows that have a level reference are updated to the new active level 5. Thus, the Edit Plan window will automatically switch to level 5, and similarly for the beam or column reinforcement view. Similarly, if you change levels within a drawing sheet, all other drawings and all open grids are positioned on the new level.

Furthermore, the “Locate element” tool is available in the sheets of the Edit menu  .

With this command, you can locate an element by clicking on it with the mouse, instantly synchronizing all open windows to the clicked element. For example, suppose you're working on a large structure and want to examine the reinforcement of column 125 at level 8. One way to achieve this is to view the plan at level 8, activate the "Locate Element" tool, and then click on column 125. This way, if the column reinforcement window was open, it will immediately synchronize with column 125 at level 8.

Alternatively, you can scroll through levels and columns within the reinforcement window or scroll through the elements in the data grids until you reach the desired column. As you can see, the first method is more straightforward because you don't need to know the column index; you just need to locate it in the floor plan.
